It is so nice to see this turning into a consolewar thread again. Blame Bungie for not being willing to detach the PvP experience from PvE, seperate those and there is no problem. In PvE it won't matter when you have 60FPS and I have 30FPS, it is coop there is no competition and thus no advantage. PvP is on smaller maps with no AI so no reason to not run at 60 even on the regular PS4 and Xbone.
