I don't imagine a ship in Saturn's asteroid belt could possibly crash-land into Titan.
Could it be part of Oryx's fleet as they headed to Saturn? Possibly, but I don't imagine they landed on Titan post-Taken King events. At least not due to the fight between the Queen and Oryx.

When oryx abracadabra-Ed and used his mega weapon to destroy the awoken fleet (as well as his) the blast could've pushed it into Titan. Emphasis on "could've"
