Destiny 2: Text Chat
It seems available only for PC.
It sounds already a discrimination for Xbox and PS4 players!
It is useful for deaf players like me, interact with other guardians through text chat is a good thing. Why only PC?
Please do solve it... It is already available same feature in GoW4...

Having a handicap (at least that is what people call them) myself I agree this is something that needs ti be implemented properly. Again, the "average" folk just assume that we are all the same and do not think of everyone. Come on team, this should be implemented or a better way to do this.
