Saladins Vigil w/ rifled and rangefinder. 70? Dunno... but it reaches out. Got a Branded Lord w/ same perks. It's a hoot.

I do like having a very fast travel time on my fusions, and my wizard is almost hitscan with 70. I do have a decent stability on it though.
