They're trying to put everyone on an even playing field. The problem is at this point anyway this isn't that type of game. With all the different types of weapons, classes, abilities, and their perks it's impossible to balance. I like that there are all these different options. Hopefully they don't limit them in D2.

They way things are now maybe not. But if you rework the way PvP works I don't see why not. I don't see any reason why we couldn't feel like a bad a$$ in pve and have balance in PvP. They just need to figure out the balance between the two before balancing everything else.

Well maybe they have a better idea we don't know about yet. Or at least I hope so. The upcoming reveal and beta may have the answers.

If they can separate PvP and PvE that will be a huge step! I would also like a clear explanation of how are gear and weapons will work because the latter still has me confused. Do we keep it and upgrade it all at the end of D2? Do I trash it every DLC and wait til the last 6 months before I collect it? Will match making be an option or a no choice? Will the MM have a fire team leader? Match making is a hot button for me. I hate it. Don't force me to play nice with others. Let me have the choice.
