Yes, they work at any encounter that drops rewards lol.
Always use them at the encounter you want double rewards from and remember to read what the item actually does before you use it.

I though so too but I used them at aksis phase 1 and they didn't work. Got double for phase 2. It was not the weekly featured raid. When I used them at the bridge first week they worked so I'm not sure?
