Again, icebreakers unique application. One forces me to go get more ammo, the other enables a camper. I suggested a stability increase and next bullet charge time decrease in exchange for impact decrease. It's fair enough since icebreaker does have ammo regeneration. Do you think it could be fine with that or would you do something else? Maybe make it a rapid fire rifle instead?

If I had wanted to call you a liar, I would have called you a liar. It's not hard to do, and if I had thought that you was blatantly lying, I would have.
