People call him year one cut content and osiris but whatever happens at the end of destiny two there's probably a reason why these two characters get their own expansions. And don't these two characters know alot about technology?

Rasputin obviously knows a lot about technology because he is a vastly intelligent mind running thousands of machine components, but it's not certain how knowledgeable Osiris is with technology

I mean, Osiris was banished from the city for his great interest in vex technology, so he is likely knowledgeable on that front.

True, but it seems to be explicitly an I Teresa in learning about the nature of our enemies so we can beat them. There's a good chance he knows how to navigate Vex technology and systems, but that's completely different from actually being skilled or knowledgeable with handling technology
