I have a few things that I'd like to nitpick at here. These things are either ambiguous and treated as fact in this post or are just plain wrong. That said, most of this was right. Good work. Now, onto my breakdown!
Rasputin was the first among these and had connections to the other warminds that gave him permissions over their systems, allowing him to control what happened on other planets even though they weren't in his direct jurisdiction.
So first off, no, Rasputin was restricted to only the stuff in his domain, just like the other Warminds. So anything on Earth or the Moon, or anything he was placed in charge of, is something he was jurisdiction over. Everything was off limits.
During the Vex specimen experiments of Maya Sundaresh's Ishtar Collective team, a warmind (presumably Rasputin) helped them pull out their simulated copies and insert them into the Citadel because a warmind's intelligence is too large and unpredictable for the Vex.
Again, this is very ambiguous. We assume that this was Rasputin because he is the only Warmind that we are truly familiar of, but remember that every inner planet had a Warmind. It was more likely that this was the Warmind of Venus. Additionally, the Collective makes note that, that specific mind core was unable to simulate a Warmind. I find it unlikely that something as intelligent as the Vex cannot simulate a Warmind if they could deduce the Sword Logic. What is most likely the case is that this was the core of a weaker, more base unit, that didn't have the processing and thought power to comprehend and simulate a Warmind. I'm 100% sure that a Hydra, let alone the Vex Collective Mind as a whole, would be able to simulate and understand a Warmind.
When the Iron Lords trespassed in Sector 17, Rasputin woke back up and reengaged civilization protection systems...
Nope. The card is shown in a self-query format. He queries about reengaging civilian protection systems and reengaging his morals, but in the end, chooses not to do either.
Enough of Charlemagne remains for Psion Flayers to find and hack into his memory systems and for Rasputin to have an abundance of warsats and weapons, so there actually is a good chance that Charlemagne could be revivable
In the Rasputin 2 card, a Hunter tracking Tu'uarc briefly notes how the Last Array was activated, which we know allowed Rasputin to lay claim to everything that was once under control of the other, now dead, warminds. After Rasputin bombed the Cabal-Vex engagement, Tu'uarc called for the Psion Flayers to "find the source" of this. Both the Dust Palace story mission and strike are Cabal equivalents of "The Warmind" story mission. In all three cases, our enemies are trying to get into Rasputin's systems by way of remote access. In the case of the two Mars scenarios, this outside connection was actually the remains of the Martian Warmind. Charlemagne was completely dead and the Cabal were merely using what was left of it to get remote access. Nothing more, nothing less. EDIT: Added in the part about simulating Warminds.

 • Tho muzzy, warminds could have something that makes them different. Some kind of paracausal affect fron the golden age.

 • How can we be sure ? Tho, i actual doubt it but still. A podcast claimed that to be the reason they could very could not simulate him.

 • Well I must say I appreciate receiving one of your breakdowns Muzzy, this is the first time you've done so on one of mine. Let's begin Rasputin appears to have privileges over the other warminds, just like how Orbiks Servitors have privileges over Kaliks Servitors. Also noting the Old Russia 4 card, the AI seems to suggest that Rasputin's control is limited to all human technology within a wide range, not just his own Earth and Lunar systems I make the assumption that Rasputin was the warmind with the Vex specimen experiments because he was the one who controlled the semi-related Exo project. However you're right that it most likely was the Venus one, yet this also means that Rasputin was probably aware of the events with Maya's team. I totally forgot to consider the limits of a lesser Vex, you're definitely right that a larger Vex could probably simulate Rasputin I thought that in the card he reactivated the protection protocols upon weakening but then shut them down when the Iron Lords invaded Site 6. I'll read it over again just in case And finally, I am completely aware that Rasputin took control and that Charlemagne is dead. I'm saying that since a few pieces of Charlemagne's systems remain, there's a possibility that Rasputin could hav restored his fallen comrade, but did not because of his new look on being alone to win. Already aware that the Flayers were using Charlemagne's dead systems to try getting into Rasputin as a remote access terminal

 • Glad to be of assistance. The only one that I need to reply to is your first paragraph. Again, I would argue the opposite. There are no Rasputin related cards that suggest he has the ability to overrule the other Warminds, except that he has run systems and programs without telling the other Warminds and AI, which I don't think is enough evidence to come to that conclusion. And I see where you're coming from with the Old Russia 4 card, but I would like to state my interpretation of the card. While yes, Rasputin will still have control over those ships even after they have left earth, they are also subminds that maybe been placed in Rasputin's direct control, meaning that they are technically, still under his domain, by way of authority. And lastly, I just want to say that it's a huge breath of fresh air to have a lore debate instead of a lore argument. :)
