The desolate armor has a low drop rate. Have you tried the kiosk by Tess and purchase the armor with silver dust?

Thank you, that's not my issue. If you inspect Sterling treasure, one piece of armornis guaranteed. If I got spektar armor every time I would be bummed but thatvwould be my bad luck. There were boxes that gave ZERO armor. That's my issue. As for silver dust i am pretty sure I can't buy desolate armor that I haven't gotten. I can only purchase alternate rolls of one that I got before. Thanks though.

What exactly did you get when you open the boxes? An yes you can buy the armor. I have purchased items there without owning them.

your wrong, you need to have had them drop atleast once for you.

Exactly. My hunter can only buy the helmet, because I got that as a drop a long time ago. Thank you for saving me the time of looking up a help article.

You have to discover them first. I can buy the full set on my hunter but can't buy any on my warlock.

I got two chroma a few times. Chroma and a rep booster another. The point is I got 0 armor and 1 piece of some sort is guaranteed. I will check again but last I looked the only desolate item my hunter could buy with silver was the helmet, which I got from a box a long time ago and have already. But regardless I shouldn't have to buy armor with silver dust because the treasure boxes don't work. So thatnksnfor that idea, but really just looking for help contacting bungie with this post. Do you have any advice on that?
