Welcome to 2017. Where society actually thinks they need to explain, and apologize for leaving a game company forum full of people you will probably never meet in real life. Place value on actual human interaction instead of a computer screen.

 •
Welcome to 2017. Where society actually thinks they need to explain, and apologize for leaving a game company forum full of people you will probably never meet in real life. Place value on actual human interaction instead of a computer screen.
I mean.. society has always thought that they need to explain and prove everything as it is. That's not new at all. Especially on the internet where there's all this anonymity. "Prove you're a girl!" "Prove your environmental issues are valid!" "Explain everything because I'm an idiot incapable of doing my own research and coming up with my own ideals!" And.. well, the human interaction thing is a pretty silly statement. Considering "actual" human interaction is up to interpretation.. unless of course we're not real human beings behind these computer screens. But we are. As if that were some sort of excuse for douchebaggery against natural human emotion and experiences. Some of us have and do meet in person because of these ACTUAL human interactions behind these computer screens.

 • Anyone in this forum could be anyone they wanted to be. I think I'll be the dude from the Dos Equis commercials on here this week. I mean, how would you know any different? Oh I forgot, the computer screen, and my username means I have to be true. Give me a break. It's not that hard to see that society values how many friends you have on social media more than how many you actually communicate with without a screen and a keyboard. If you dig this post check be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel, hit me up on Twitter, and catch me straight flexing on Instagram. I have a Pinterest too if that's your thing....

 • Guessing you've never been to Pax or any other convention where people from all over the world meet in person because of some online community. Some of us are adults and communicate with one another outside of this site. Some of us do know each other.. in person. I'm not sure how you can't comprehend any of this.

 • I comprehend that just fine. The majority of society. Is that better?
