Eventually you'll get it in your head that things have changed or you can bring about that change. Then this thread will happen again once you realize that it was just a hopeful thought. Things won't ever improve as long as we have uncaring management and a Community of morons. It is what it is. My advice is to lurk, stick to your groups, or to pickup and leave everything behind.
