I've had waitresses and maitre d's put their numbers on my receipt before. Always thought it was pretty slick. Definitely didn't expect it.

I did pursue it once. It was a maitre'd from a nice Italian joint I use to go to on the regular. Nothing ever came of it. It was a pretty short fling, which we both figured it would be. Just a couple people looking for a good time. We had our fun and left it at that.
