Hi Bungie, I hope you're reading this.
My name is Mace Chope and I am 14 years old. I pre-Ordered the first Destiny and am still loving it. I watched the Destiny 2 Worldwide trailer as it came out. It looks so great, but I went to pre order the collectors edition and it wasn't there. I gave it a week or two and tried again. Nothing. I called Gamestop and they said they couldn't sell it anymore. So i said fine,no cool bag or laptop case. Then I asked about the Limited Edition. Nothing, I cried because of my emotional defeat of one word: Unavailable.

First off, remove your email address. Second off, collectors editions are typically limited in quantities with any game. Especially at that price point, many retailers will only take a limited number of preorders due to liabilities financially. Many people that preorder collectors editions will later cancel and get a cheaper edition, leading those stores with a stockpile of collectors editions they won't be able to sell
