Clearing the cache did not help and yes, I saved last weeks boxes. Opening them didn't solve the problem though.

[quote]yes, I saved last weeks boxes.[/quote] That's the issue here. If you're still carrying a previous week's Treasure of Ages packages, you will not be able to earn more. Moving forward, open the Treasures before the weekly reset takes place. There is no benefit to keeping them.

If you have the prior week's boxes when reset happens then you won't be able to earn new boxes in the current week. Even if you use the prior week box s after reset it won't reset your ability to earn new ones this week. You'll have to wait until next reset to earn more boxes. There is no advantage in holding the boxes, when you get one use it, then there is no risk of this problem occurring. And we don't know if this mechanic is intentional or a bug that Bungie should fix. Until they announce a change plan on using your boxes before every reset.
