Could the red legion be attacking the tower to kill/disband the guardians because they keep killing the ranking soldiers and stopping operations and invasions. But if the guardians are such powerful enemies, why are they still trying so hard to kill us? It's to much of a risky move for the cabal to not be suspicious. Is there some secret valuable resource on Earth? Is it an amazing spot for an Outpost? Is there something the cabal know that we don't? You tell me guardians!
