[/quote] Bold attacks like those by the exiles are few and far between. They're trying to shape out a meager existence while trying to stay out of the Hive's way. It may have been a Kings' plot, as when you encounter Frigoris, it says that you have to weaken the [u]Kings'[/u] grip on the Moon, not the Exiles.
