That same card mentions all houses are broken except for the kings who are still relatively active. It may mean broken as in how all houses were technically broken being that they are fallen and not the great civilization they once were.

  • I hadn't considered that, thanks.

  • It merely came to mind as I was reminded that the beginning of the card talks of how all the fallen houses were leaving and burning their banners except the kings, so it seemed unlikely that it would say the kings were also 'broken' in the same sense as the other houses. On another note, perhaps the fact that all the other houses were effectively retreating has something to do with the cabal invasion? perhaps they are attacking more than just earth, and the fallen knew of this somewhat and were trying to get out while they could? just a theory. I'm sure we'll know soon enough. I heard from one theorist that it may be that they were all coming together under the kings, and that was why they were burning their banners. Of course, this would put all of the fallen except the house of exile under the control of prince Uldren. Meaning they could be a powerful ally in the next game, or a formidable foe given Uldren's disdain for the city combined with immense intelligence and strategic skill.
