Soulstealer's Claw
Does Soulstealer's Claw even drop? I'm not sure how many ranks I've gone up in House of Judgement with all three characters (it's many), but all I keep getting is the Aegis of the Reef and the Hand of Judgement. What gives with the RNG, Bungie? I know nothing is supposed to come easy, but damn already. Its been like six months!
