[bug] touch screen scrolling broken inside the destiny gear manager
my 9 to 5 job primarily involves frontend engineering so please just forward this to someone with the same employment at bungie.
your custom scroll mechanism "customScroll" does not take touch events into consideration in chrome on windows 10 and scrolls <body> instead of the gear window.
rule number 1 in frontend development: don't reimplement what browser contributors made unless you do it better or don't do it at all.
