Flat Earth Destiny Arsenal #3: "Round Earth Zealot"

I would like to introduce the third weapon in the series of threads that brought you "Rowbotham's Spear", and "Against The Spin". As the last two were a sniper and a shotgun, today's weapon will be a sidearm (in honor of the new and totally overused meta). So here it is: #3: Round Earth Zealot Class: Sidearm Weapon Description: Upon the foundation of pure truth I stand: that fact is truth so long as one believes. Exotic Perk, The Power of Belief: The weapon receives a 20% boost to stats after each kill, with the stat boost decreasing at a rate of 10% per 3 seconds, until the player scores another kill or gets killed themselves. Weapon immediately absorbs ammo when special crate is approached. No need to hold X. Modest penalties to reload time and impact. Notes On Weapon Stats: The sidearm meta is here, like it or not. This weapon would be best for players that like to get up close and personal, with the stat/kill boost offering a definite offensive edge. However, to keep Round Earth Zealot from being too OP its overall base states would be mid range overall, with penalties to reload and impact. The REZ would be one of those weapons that requires going in fast furious, steamrolling opponents in a mad dash until ones inevitable death. Flat Earth Conceptual Background
Observation of nature shows that the world is definitely Flat. However, the overwhelming majority of society continues to believe in science, despite what our most basic senses can show. The bottom line: belief in science and the round earth is a religion. Science tricks its believers in very subtle ways, making itself appear to be based on objective facts. It puts facts up on a pedestal for everyone to see. It claims that "facts are facts", truths beyond question. It then hijacks "truth" in the form of those "facts", to make its findings seem indisputable. With science, facts are not about truth the are about belief. And sadly many in society accept these beliefs, defending them so passionately, that it is hard to call them anything but Zealots. Flat Earth Theorists, while we are very vocal (we want people trust their senses, not ideologies), we do not care if our knowledge of the Flat Earth is ultimately shown to be in error. Show us obvious, personally verifiable observations, and we will become round earthers in a heartbeat. However, it becomes clearer everyday that such observational data does not exist. The Earth IS Flat. It is time for science believers to put away their idols.
• "Observation of nature shows the world is definetly round".. There, corrected it for you. 250 years ago, German mathematician Carl Gauss proved the earth was round by using math. His formula called the "Remarkable Theorem" measured the curvature of the earth thus proving it is round. I understand the gaming forums are no place for facts so please ignore ;-)
