Hi. From what I understand the first questions answer is yes. History regarding starting up destiny and playing is retroactive.
Sadly you will need to get replacement eyeballs as your second questions answer is no. The character based pages are only based on current progress not back dated.

You sadly are going to need much better in 'sight' ...however if I could 'look' into your future.. I would say I can't 'see' this happening again. Okay I can't think of anymore bad one liners, sorry lol. Good luck with your AoT.
