This is exactly why I don't buy into their "ban hammer". Streamers bring views to Destiny. Primarily streams where people get carried bring the most attention. This satisfies Bungie's bottom line. Therefore.... Zero fûcks given. I personally don't care at all if someone wants to waste their money on something that won't matter 6 months from now. It's THEIR money, not mine. It's just inconsistent on Bungie's part.

Yup, it's completely without a reasonable doubt against the terms of service for any game making it illegal. It's one of many laws that isn't enforced because the gaming industry looks at it as advertisement for their game regardless of the legality. The terms of service should be updated in the gaming industry because game developers and publishers don't care about people making money off their games anymore like they used to.
