This weekend was exceptionally hard for my trials squad , i don't know if it was the map or what , but it seemed like i was running from grenades the whole time .

Grenades need a longer cool down or something imo. But yeah that map, since it's indoors with good walls, makes grenades with cone radius very good. Then you got your scatter and axions which are good in general.
