Just place your Antiquated Rune into its respective statue and wait just outside the Court of Oryx. If it's the one you need then go do it. If it's not the one you need don't go into the Court and just let the ritual abandon itself.

Even when you used it on the correct week, if it didn't look like you were going to finish in time you could just abandon the court and try again. Edit: only think it works with antiquated runes
