When has blade dancer ever been good for pve? Other than going invis?

at the time, crotas end and prison of elders and especially skolas was very difficult with out the hunters invisibility, but the blade needs to be able to stay alive and handle him self when he is the only one still left in the fight..!

Blade dancers are good for ad control, reviving, surviving. I remember year 1 vog I always ran blade dancer. When everyone said it's useless and they would rather have someone with a res warlock or Titan bubble. Last man standing at the Templar was always the blade dancer, who killed most oracles and shit. Yea you can tether everything but when one tethers and an arc blade can show stop all tethered targets, double the orbs. Arcbolts need a buff so raspberry will be useful again. Only reason I stopped running arcblade is because arcbolts was nerfed

But if you had a Nightstalker for VoG would you have used bladedancer? Crota's battle was the only time I think bladedancer was useful if you were the sword user. Other than that they were a good medic but vanish in smoke has taken that away from them. Not sure what they could do to make them more viable for PvE. I don't even use them on arc burn because Nightstalker is far better.
