Feeling your pain! My experience with that was getting every single cloak and armour piece from the older drop pool before getting Ghost Angel. Was about to give up on it too. Fav cloak since vanilla. Star Winder would be nice but the hood of the cloak colour changing was a bit meh with most shaders.
RNG is the devil but good luck getting your drop ✌🏻️

I get where you're coming from. But I'm either rocking Superblack or Ascendant Plane pretty much 100% of the time (decked out with green chroma in my armor and weapons), so the cloak changing color wouldn't bother me. It would either be black or glowing green 👍
