The stream that happened this morning is on twitch. You can find it on their channel.
I haven't seen any major YouTuber post a video on it, but I'm sure they will this evening.
The update seems interesting, and they're re working the PvP in a way that will definitely change things for EVERYONE.
Personally, I'm looking forward to it, because it's not just gonna be 4 Man gank squads steam rolling every unfortunate person they run into.
It's actual going to have a purpose, and MIGHT involve more than just high DPS, and toughness. (I say that, but there's no way to know for sure yet).
Here's the conclusion from the bottom of the article.
With Last Stand, we’re adding a dedicated, separate player combat arena to The Division – a feature we know many of our players have wanted for a long time. Compared to the regular Dark Zone, it offers a clear objective and session based PvP experience, while also offering a strong PvE component. Together with the balance changes we’re bringing to the game in Update 1.6, Last Stand is an important part in revitalizing player combat in The Division
The PvP in the game is so stupid. It's basically just front flip around the place until someone kills the other person. On top of the fact you can heal yourself while being shot at so gunfights can last more than 30 seconds and you can take like 20 bullets until you die.
