False. This is user error. If one person steps in their bombs about 2-3 seconds after everyone else, they have time during the [u]5[/u] seconds between "detonation" (in the feed) and the actual explosion to make it back to center. But their bombs will be destroyed before they can explode. They can live and still have been late.
