Why not guerilla fighter, doesn't that deserve a buff too? And while you're at it ask them for a change to perfectionist. Nobody really uses snipers to fight off 1 shot headshottable ads so the perk is useless. And it's even worse in PvP as it will likely never proc there. Other than that yeah, I'm assuming this is mostly about snipers which I agree with. But I've never really thought it needed buffing on other weapon types.
