it has a no flinch "effect". The effect causes the actual model to flinch and move around, but the bullet still fires straight, hence why everyone calls it "no flinch". I will agree it is hard to hit shots when your barrel is all over the place, but this still gives NLB an advantage over other snipers (because of the sniper Nerf). This is a good thing and I'm not saying "NERF IT DEAD". Makes the thing exotic-like, and we need more interesting and unique exotics like it that can compete in this predictable meta.
