Its ok for pvp but a good rolled continental will do the job much better. I always run zhalo in the nightfall or any strike cause its good for add clearing and for super recharge.

It does clear adds well but the Lightning chaining seems like it procs so much less often in PvP than in PvE which is odd to me. I've been working with Monte Carlo for the last two hours and I like it a lot in PvP. It's actually pretty fun to use and somewhat consistent
