But they didnt want the gun to be usuable it was just supposed to be a bit of nostalgia I think.

Well people like me who used the white level weapon in PvP for two years want our exotic version to be worth it. Its also worth mentioning that Abaddon and Nova Mortis aren't bad, just bugged. Ghallarhorn is very usable and so is Icebreaker. Khvostov is the odd one out here.
