While I don't agree with every single detail, I definitely gotta give you points for creativity and I would LOVE to see class specific artifacts that have unique bonuses like you described.

With the Veteran's Teachings for the Titan, I feel if a Striker combined the artifact with the "Overload" perk that reduces the cooldown of the melee and grants a chance to instantly refill the charge on a hot, Shoulder Charge would be a little broken (just speculation of course). I also made a mistake, when reading the artifact I thought you were saying "against a guardian with a full super" instead of an "active super", I was confused. You're good there, nice work.
