Well Microsoft does own the Halo franchise, so they are completely able to. As for OP, he should be able to as well so long as he isn't using the project for any physical compensation.

Thanks for the link, I'll definitely keep this one as a backup just in case I can't get the model. The main thing for me is that I want to make sure I don't steal anything, because Microsoft has always owned the Halo series and thus "Cortana," so they didn't have to worry about any of the rights of usage because they already had them. I definitely don't have the rights to the Ghost, so I don't want to use it without Bungie knowing. That said, thanks again, I love a good backup and this is a great one.
