So the more you go flawless the higher you would go in the bracket eventually teams wont be able to go flawless without dosing other team to get the win. So the higher you are in the bracket the more cheaters you would run into

It's not permanent bracket placement. It's weekly, so you can potentially go flawless 3 times across all characters in the regular pool. Once you go flawless for that week, on that character, you can't play in the regular pool, subsequently blocking other teams for the point of it, or worse, controlling who goes flawless to make money off of it. Instead of carries, we would see a resurgence of actual Fireteams going flawless, along with better, more competitive matches. As it stands, anything past five wins is most always a team stacked stomping by one team featuring a carry. This environment is pitting paid professionals vs average players for access to content... And the increase in cheating is totally related to the fact that players feel that they have hit a wall that did not exist in Trials year 1.

Well if people are stupid enough to pay for a flawless in a videogame then you should let them its not your money that's going to waste for an emblem and just maybe the weapon they want

You responded with something that completely ignored what I said. I clarified that players wouldn't be stuck in an ever increasing ranked bracket, and now you are yet again side stepping the entire premise of my argument. People spending their money is not being discussed here at all, is available and I made it clear that I judged neither the person getting carried or the carrier charging for service. I'm judging its impact on the game and it's community. It's obvious that there has been more cheating in year two, following the change from CBMM/SBMM to card position matchmaking. It is also verifiable that carries and paid carries have increased. These things don't happen in a vacuum, and I believe that they are related. Your initial claim not only was based on a misunderstanding of what I was suggesting, but also reveals your bias. What you really want to say "is that trials is fine the way it is". And to that point, we completely disagree.
