What Holiday sales have you taken advantage of?
What holiday sales have you taken advantage of over the last few days?
I picked up the Dead Island/Riptide Definitive Edition Bundle for $20 from the Xbox Store, as well as Homefront: The Revolution Freedom Fighter Bundle for $21.
Loved Dead Island when I had it on 360, and I never got to play Riptide. As for Homefront, I know I'll probably get a lot of hate for "wasting" money on it. Don't care. Loved the first one, and while I'll admit the beta was mediocre at best. I have been awaiting the sequel for a while, and I've heard a lot of people saying the recent patches have fixed a lot of issues and the game is enjoyable now. So I figured what the hell.

EB Games had an online sale for new games a week before christmas. Got Guitar Hero Live and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD Amiibo bundle for $30 each

Gears of war 4 with gears 1,2,3 and 4 to download £25, dishonered 2 £25, the last guardian limited edition £45, overwatch £25, zelda a link between two worlds £16, skyrim remastered £22, it's been a good few months.

I already beat it, but I wanted to redownload it so my dad and brothers could check it out when they came over for Christmas. We all used to love Wolf 3D and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Next year I'm thinking about not buying any games that come out after September until the Black Friday and Christmas sales. I could've saved an insane amount of money if I could've just waited a couple months.
