People are too obsessed with getting rewards or winning to the point where if they do not win, or do not get the rewards they want, they don't have fun.
Why can't people just have fun by simply playing the game? As soon as you stop caring about the rewards, about winning/losing, you'll have a much more enjoyable time playing Destiny. And you play better when you are enjoying yourself.

Instead of giving my friend money i give him emblems. I can go flawless but sometimes i can't be asked LOL.

Been trying to tell my clan and buddy's that for 2 plus years. :/ I'm the only scarab player that likes to lose. lol :0

I totally agree. That's why I had created trash talk trials.

I, as well as many others, are competitive by nature. Losing is not fun for me.

Edited by Felicity_Faye: 12/24/2016 5:20:01 PMWhat if I told you, you can be competitive by nature and still have fun while losing? For people that are competitive by nature this is not something that comes easily. It's something you have to learn. Especially if you are stubborn it can be a struggle. I've been where you are. I am competitive myself. I like to show that I'm better than everyone else. But I'm also a solo player. And as a solo player there is only so much you can do. I lose a lot. Wether it be by my own mistakes or because I have garbage teammates (I wasn't able to carry my team hard enough). I've struggled with it for years. Still do some days.

Because being unevenly matched and getting pub stomped hours on in is fun.......

Edited by Felicity_Faye: 12/24/2016 4:59:06 PMIf you don't care about losing then this will not hinder you from having fun just playing the game. And if, if you truly get frustrated/agitated because you get slaughtered for hours on end then that is your own fault. You should've stop playing the moment you realized you were getting too frustrated/agitated. Take a 10-15 minute breather. Get something to drink or whatever and try again. You play way worse when you are frustrated/agitated and that will make getting slaughtered an even worse experience. Trust me, I know. I'm like that sometimes to. Too stubborn to stop playing but getting frustrated all the while. People need to learn to take a 15 minute breather every once in a while.

After the first steam roll of the day (usually the 3rd or 4th game) I stop playing. Trials rewards are not worth the stress

That is the truth. I do things in this game for fun, not for obsession or to impress anyone.
