So some dude using his Quicken tax software to do people's taxes. Those people pay him for the service but he doesn't claim the income.
Is that Quicken's problem?

Here's an idea. Take your legal questions to, oh I don't know, a lawyer. Clearly YOU are not one. Clearly I am not one. Clearly the majority, if not all the posters replying to your inane post are not lawyers. And clearly THIS is not the venue within which to pose such questions while expecting a definitive response. You know, since you're unable to grasp the answers you've been given. Bungie doesn't have to do anything because they are in no way liable for the wrong doing of those who frequent their forums and use their game. That being the overwhelming consensus. So go find a lawyer. Prove us wrong.
