SRL - Boost Sparrows randomly explode?
Title says it all Bungie, why is it that the boost sparrows randomly blow up when not even boosting. SRL is one of the most fun events in Destiny in my opinion and something I love to play, however I am not allowed to play SRL because you decide I randomly need to blow up.

This happens on a regular basis, not once did this happen last year, but this year? It happens on average once every 5 races to me, I have had races where I have been randomly destroyed whilst on world record runs, or had the win taken away from me.
Happens up to 4 times per race from what I have seen and is nothing short of annoying, please investigate and remove this obvious glitch.
Also whilst we are on the topic of SRL can we please have option to remove the annoying input from Ghost & Amanda holiday? Being told to "get back in the lead" all sarcastically after being unfairly blown up due to a glitch is frustrating and staggers me that its even in the game.

5 RepliesJust from looking at one character I see the problem. You're using one of the sparrows from the year 1 raids. These sparrows detonate when boosted too long. Use another kind and you should be good!
