I think they come from the strike medal bounties.
The new dawning sets come from the dawning treasures

Finished two of those bounties already on got this weird recolor of a Green(?) titan set, looks like ass, called the "Snowglare" set but it's not the Vanir remake so I'd assume the same applies for other classes.
