Its super easy to get gunned down, so I see at as a glass cannon type of thing

Vats+deliverer+sneak(10 agility) is one of the most OP builds. Meanwhile I was stuck scrounging for laser ammo with nothing but a 6 crank laser musket and 10 charisma.
