The archetype is not that bad. It has to be played a specific way. The problem is clever dragon.

Hawksaw/pdx45 archetype and grasp/clever dragon archetype 3 burst kill just like the ntte does but they do it quicker.

Agree that the grasp archetype is more powerful, but don't jump on the bandwagon saying that just because one kills faster than the other it is better. The NTTE archetype is actually amazing if used correctly. In my hands I find it more powerful than the hawksaw. It kills much better when team shooting and has even better range. When an enemy is just slightly damaged it works wonders as well. It kills only 0.1 seconds slower. Factor in the lag etc and it always breaks even with hawksaw. Take my word for it. Look at how much crucible I've played. I'm one of the top in the world in rumble. Agree that the grasp archetype is much stronger and difficult to compete with, but the hawksaw archetype is quite balanced versus NTTE.

I'll have to try it out. What about the pdx41? I have a really good roll with hcr, counterbalance and small bore. I also, have the y2 vendor roll villainy.

You have an amazing pdx1 with high caliber rounds. I have the same one and people have so much trouble hitting shots on me. The gun just requires you to keep a bit more distance and strafe, and you will do fine.

Yeah I see you have a lot of kills with pulses. They have always been my favorite primaries. I'll have to give this archetype another chance. I also like the mid rof autos, may not compete at a highly competetive level but it works better for me than high rof because I can control them

Ya. Problem is most people try a weapon and immediately drop it because they don't have immediate success with it. Takes time and multiple games to master a weapon. Heck, there was a point where I mastered the Inward Lamp. Worst scout rifle in the game according to most people but I figured the gun out and ended up going flawless with it lol. But it took lots of practice. The slower rate of fire autos are not as bad as people say. They could use a slight buff but can also compete if used correctly. I have an Ari-45 with HC rounds, counterbalance, and smallbore. It did some good work for me. Just gotta keep strafing left and right with autos since you don't have to focus on timing your shots.
