You can't report them for cheating to Bungie, seeing as they used a console feature. If you haven't yet reported them to te console support, do that.

I contacted psn and they told me to report the msgs but it wont do any good when they used bots. I gave him the users so i hope something actually happens since they are now on my ig bothering me.
