Never Received Emblem Code

Hey everybody, On Black Friday, I made a purchase at the Bungie store. During the transaction, I got two emails: one activating my account and another confirming my account information. I later received another email confirming the purchase with an added line about how any digital codes associated with the order would come in another email within 24 hours. I did not receive such an email within 24 hours, nor have I gotten one since. I did however get an email confirming shipment. If I remember correctly from Bungie Day, the 7-7 Ad Infinitum emblem worked via code, so I thought the emblem for Black Friday would be the same. Am I missing something? Do I have to be patient as they work through backlog? Or was something overlooked? Thanks for your time, DMoshpit

  • Hello DMoshpit, May I ask what you purchased from the store during the Black Friday sale? In order to have received Eye of Eternity, you must have purchased something that was on sale. If you did purchase from the Black Friday sale, have you checked your spam/junk folders? If you did purchase from the Black Friday sale and are unable to find an email with the code, you'll need to contact Bungie Store Customer Service. http://bungiestore.com/pages/customer-service
