The ones you mention were the only ones who even made it there. Rasputin killed the rest before they even got into his vault. Their bodies are probably buried somewhere under the snow and dirt like all the dead from the collapse itself.

That what I meant. I was curious about those in the SIVA chamber. I have no doubts the other iron lords blew up.
-
What I meant was Rasputin killed all the ones other than the three that went into the iron chamber.
-
Three? There were nine that entered the chamber, and only Saladin escaped
-
Ok, sorry, nevermind. It was a long day. Anyway, I would surmise the three we encounter are the ones that had been infected with SIVA at the time of the explosion (you can see it on Jolder's armor in the cutscene) and therefore able to be preserved. Nothing probably remained of the rest. If there was, by now the fallen have surely had no shortage of dead guardian bodies to study so I'm not sure what the point would have been in taking these centuries-old remains. If it were to make more zombie things, why did they leave arguably the most powerful ones in the tomb, and where else would they be besides the perfection complex?

They would perhaps be in another sort f bunker. Remember the splicers are like mad scientists. Mad scientists have secret labs. The Replication chamber and perfection complex were just were it was made and controlled. But not studied.
