lol you can already find those stats online, slow one
For example 800k+ played pve yesterday while 500k+ played crucible. Destinytracker.com

yet also on destinytracker.com - 7+ million destiny accounts. need help to figure out the percentage or you like calling people names and just use a fraction of information to deliver your weak blow? #statistics....

It's 7+ million Tracked Players not Accounts. Need help to figure out the difference?

Edited by Hippee Kittee (MEOWS): 11/28/2016 11:27:16 PMoh no, oh my, oh i am so busted now...let me go hide in a scurry... What exactly is your point, if anything, you are illuminating mine..and in my response to the previous poster, he is only boasting how many are actively engaged in the game. to your point, piggy backing off the stats I had to look up, why dont you do the math? I personally do not need help figuring anything but trying to understand what the heck your post just contributed to in response to my comment to someone else resorting to name-calling another person.. there are 7.8 million tracked players, yet 800K were in PVE, of which the probability/likelihood is that, of the 800K, 500K entered the crucible. But let's give the data the benefit of doubt and say, 800+500 entered...that is 1.3 million active of the "tracked" 7.8 million players (edit). how many are actively playing at this time? What is your contribution with the comment you made, again?

Edited by Hippee Kittee (MEOWS): 11/28/2016 11:54:34 PMBut what was your contribution, the person I was writing to gave partial information so you want to police my "accounts vs. tracked" error? Do you want an award? As far as am concerned you value is obsolete here. Sit down. Edit: Sit back down again! haha

I dont understand what you are getting at? It says 7 million or whatever have been tracked since August 15th. Then it shows the amount who actually played yesterday. None the less, roughly 1.4 million or so played yesterday. Those arent the numbers of a dying game

Don't waste your time, he just can't grasp it.

I am a "she" but thank you for assuming my gender. I think you are bent and twisted on a word usage that holds no significance to the actual contribution unless you talk to me in statistics. Hence my initial post, and the #statistics mark at the end. Poor thing.

Edited by Hippee Kittee (MEOWS): 11/28/2016 11:37:50 PMThose are horrible stats for a game that has so many tracked players, not to mention the amount of time and effort it takes these days to level up (about 30 hours per character, which is far less than what it took in the first and second installments). You wouldn't understand what am getting "at" because it is a common thing these days to name-call people with half-a$$ data without exercising your mind and actually thinking things through. To you, maybe 100K is already plenty much less 1.3 million. I guess its all about perspective.

haha whatever The games population will go up and down with releases of DLC and dead periods. The fact of the matter is we have a steady 1 million+ playing the game everyday. Sorry if that doesnt fit the "Destiny is dead" mantra.

Edited by Hippee Kittee (MEOWS): 11/29/2016 12:10:21 AMWell, I had issue with your initial response. I won't argue your current discussion. However, your response was based on someone else's interesting point, that bungie should release actual untouched data - going off destinytracker.com and calling "slow-one" was not a viable response - I guess I am looking at the data you provided from the tracker and thinking to myself - wait a minute, of the 800, how many hours did each actually play? did they just go do the bounties and dip out? did they grind the grind and sweat the sweat etc? time and distance in terms of actuals and measurements....so when we throw data around loosely, it is not enough to validate the game is played to a certain level - merely logging in and hanging out and camping and strolling is not playing...so the person you responded to, did have a valid point with their post/inquiry. Sorry I guess you were too quick to respond but too slow to understand the value of data. There, I officially killed this discussion - it is now turning into a boring listen to me and my opinion matters, it truly doesnt - nothing I say should matter, peace out.
