Yes to armor telemetry.
No to reforging, respectfully. The raid gear allows you to re-roll with diva clusters. That is just fine, IMO.

And yet, there's no similar option for the Trials players? That doesn't seem very fair.

You can get a gold package daily now. I hear you, but I still do not feel that armor should be able to reforge.

Gold package doesn't give out the new set. Your reasoning isn't a good justification for not giving an equal re-forging option to PvP players. Players got plenty of armor drops in raid before, but they finally figured out that players don't like having to re-earn the same piece of gear 5 (if they got lucky) or more times to get the roll they like.

Makes no sense that you re roll raid armour and not the pvp counter part. Argument makes no sense......

You get one opportunity per week per character to get raid gear. On top of that you need siva clusters, so there will be diminishing returns with raid gear. Trials you can get a gold package 3 times 4 days a week. There are ample opportunities to get more trials gear, quicker and easier than compared to a raid.

Those "ample opportunities" revolve around RNG. Doesn't mean you will ever get the set up desired. If they do it with the raid set? Why not the pvp equivalents.
