1 ReplyI can think of several ways to bake a turkey in Destiny. 1. Strap it to a Sunsinger's back. Cook time: 1 Strike 2. Have a Gunslinger use it for Golden Gun practice. Cook time: 3 shots. 3. Throw incendiary grenades at it. Cook time: between 100 seconds and 240 minutes, depending on cooldown. 4. Tie it to the back of your ship, right where the engines are. Cooktime: 7 seconds at high warp. 5. Tie it on top of Zavala's head, then tell him about Cayde's latest antics. Cook time: Instantaneous.

2 RepliesNow if only we could see the entire Story/Lore dawn this way - good god I would buy it all. As "Cancerous" as some people see anime - Furries also get just as bad a rap so ignore em. Plus "Ebola" fits more then "Cancer" if you wanted to get super technical with it. Might as well give everyone who finds Anime Disgusting a much more proper word that also fits their own personality.

Sure, there is oversexualization in some Japanese animations. But there are some with Hollywood level production values, plot, and characters. It's a genre. It's an art form. Why don't we look at animation from an artistic standpoint? Do you understand the work and money it takes to make an animation? Do you have the talent to do any of the things that animation studios do? You don't have to like it. Others do. It's a genre that has much more artistic freedom than other mediums. I'll never understand the,"Uh, all anime is for kids or it's for weebs," comments. Uh, no. A lot of people, young and old, like Hayao Miyazaki films. It's a major industry in Japan and the "cartoons" are for adults too. Animation isn't just "cancer" or "cringe". It's an art style. A way of expression. So, before you go bashing it for no reason because it's "cringe" why don't you respect the artists for doing something they love? Is it really that damaging to your being that you have to post such negative things? What about Avatar the Last Airbender? That's arguably the greatest American cartoon ever and it has a Japanese style of animation. What about Teen Titans? So, just don't go bashing something for no reason. Of course you have every right too, but come on. Sincerely, A Filthy Weeb (Not really a weeb because I'm not invested in Japanese culture. I just like watching animation from time to time. It would be nice if people that used the term actually knew what it meant.)
