Buffs or nerfs, either way I do think that there are going to need to be a lot of primary buffs to stay competitive with the current or rapidly approaching Clever Dragon (with high caliber rounds) meta. I've listed a couple of ideas below. Auto rifles- add more stability, equip and ads speed. Hand cannons- unless you have the vender Palindrome, most need more range and accuracy (less cone effect). By the time you pull two shots off against a grasp or clever dragon, your opponent has three-four burst killed you. Lower impact hand cannons especially need some buffs. Pulse rifles- I'm conflicted here. While some archetypes can actually two burst kill, others (CL and GoM) can bullet hose and stagger you in way less time. I'm gonna stay out of this one.... Scouts- even with high caliber, unless you have the high rate of fire type (mida, distant star) you'll be hard pressed to compete with Clever Dragon unless you land two shots first. Give scouts an unflinching buff. On a side note in regards to shot gun balancing- I don't feel like they merit a nerf. Yes they have surprising range, but knowing the location of your opponent and not allowing them to close the gap does wonders. Trust me, I've been killed A LOT by shotguns... This has only forced me to develop better map and opponent awareness.
